The support is proposed as a time based credit (30min, 1, 2 or 5 hours). You'll have the ability to contact one of our developer who will help you with the extension install. We will give you an answer within 48 opening hours. Our developer might schedule a phone call with you within opening hours (CEST). To give you the best support, we may need an access to your back office, and/or other elements of your platform.
The support is only available to help you with the install and setup of the purchased extension. It doesn't cover the development of additional features, skinning of the front end layout, or bug correction for non compliance with third party extension. However, we can propose you specific solution for these interventions, don't hesitate to talk about it with one of our team member!
If the available time credit has run out, we will propose you to purchase another pack.
